January 1The year becomes new, the day becomes holy, when you sanctify it by Spiritual discipline, not otherwise.
January 2All life is One My Dear Son Be Alike to everyone
January 3Money comes and goes; Morality comes and grows
January 4Do not crave for recognition and respect from others; Crave rather for winning grace from the Lord.
January 5God is Love. Live in Love.
January 6The Lord will be watching with a thousand eyes the least activity of man to discover any slight trace of selfless love sweetening it.
January 7A sound mind ensures a sound body; A sound body ensures a sound mind.
January 8Do good. See good. Be good. This is the way to God.
January 9The body will shine it the character it fine; service of man worship of God will preserve its charm.
January 10Man must be unmade and remade.
January 11The Divine is manifest in society.
January 12Love lives by giving and forgiving. Self lives by getting and forget- ting.
January 13Love is selflessness. Selfishness is loveless.
January 14You are three people: The one you think you are – body. The one others think you are – mind. The one you really are – divine.
January 15The peace that pervades the heart can never be shaken for any reason; only peace of this kind is worthy of the name.

March 1Good company is important, it helps to cultivate good qualities.

March 3The synthesis of pure, calming food is breathing pure air, listening to good sounds, looking at good sights, and touching pure objects.
March 4I – Want – Peace: “I” is ego. “Want” is desire. Remove ego and desire and you have peace.

1. Do not forget God;
2. Do not put faith in the world you see around you;
3. Do no be afraid.

June 5Truth has no fear; Untruth shivers at every shadow.
June 6Sensory pleasures are trinkets, trivialities.
June 7God is the doer; you are but the instrument.
June 8Be simple and sincere.
June 9Resolve to carry on the quest of your own Reality.
June 10Duty without love is deplorable; Duty with love is desirable; Love, without duty is Divine.
June 11Hatred sprouts; Envy raises its hood. Love sprouts; Peace descends like dew.
June 12Cultivate that attitude of Oneness between men of all creeds, all countries and all continents.
June 13Not through wealth can immortality be won; it can be won only through renunciation.
June 14Renunciation. Give up; do not grasp in clenched fist. Realize; do not bind and get bound.
June 15Eat, when you are hungry – not before or after.
June 16Do not waste a single moment, in idling or loose living.
June 17Love of the country is the best basis on which you can build love for the world community.
June 18If we safeguard Righteousness, it will in its turn, safeguard us.
June 19Do not get attached to worldly things and pursuits. Be, in the world but, do not let the world be in you.
June 20Have no desires to place before God, whatever He does with you, however He treats you, is the gift that He likes best to give you!
June 21Work disinterestedly, Content to do one’s duty as best as one can.
June 22Aspire now. Adore now. Achieve now.
June 23Blood has to circulate from head to foot; love has to circulate from high to low.
June 24Self-Mastery. Campaign against the temptations of the senses; Conquer inner foes; Triumph over your ego.
June 25Practice alone makes man perfect.
June 26Have the Love of God filling and thrilling your heart; then, you cannot hate anyone.
June 27God is not to be spoken of as down or going up, since He is every- where.
June 28The fulfillment of human life consist in the service that man renders, without any thought of return, in an attitude of selflessness.
June 29Spiritual discipline grows only in a field fertilized by Love.
June 30Man can realize his mission on earth only when he knows himself as Divine and when he reveres all others as Divine.
July 1Knowledge that is not put into practice is like food that is not digested.
July 2Teachers are reservoirs from which, through the process of education, students draw the water of life.
July 3To rectify the world and put it on the proper path, We have to first rectify ourselves and our conduct.
July 4Be steady, have faith, and reach the Goal safe.
July 5Life is the car, your heart is the key, God is chauffeur.
July 6God’s presence is Felt in Silence.
July 7Expand yourselves; do not contract into your own tiny individuality.
July 8Man must work every moment of his life, he cannot avoid this burden.

July 10Have the Name and Form of God as your companion, guide, and guardian throughout the toils of the waking hours.
July 11When you retire for the night offer grateful homage to God for being with you all day long.
July 12There may be differences among men, in physical strength, financial status, intellectual acumen – but, all are equals in the eye of God.
July 13Discipline trains you to put up with disappointments, every rose has its thorn.
July 14You say, “enjoy”; but, it is when you “end Joy” that you can really enjoy.
July 15If you feel you are a hundred per cent dependent on God, He will look after you and save you from harm and injury.
July 16Love with no expectation of return.
July 17Activity must be dedicated to God, the Highest Good. Then, it will provide health to body and mind.
July 18God is Omnipotent. All Powerful. God is Omnipresent. Present every- where. God is Omniscient. All Knowing.
July 19God, first; the world next; myself last!

July 21The day when passion is accepted as a mark of womanhood, it will mark the beginning of the end of feminity.
July 22The easiest way to control sensuous desires is to practice altruistic love.

September 2There should not be trace of dislike or distrust on the score of nationality, language, caste, economic status, scholarship, age or sex.
September 3The end of knowledge is love. The end of education is character.
September 4Each country is but a room in the mansion of God.
September 5The very joy derived from service reacts on the body and makes you free from disease.
September 6The age period 16-30 is a crucial stage, when man achieves best and struggles hardest to achieve.
September 7Man is a spark of the Divine.
September 8All things in creation are subject to the law of change and man too is subject to this law.
September 9Service is spiritual discipline, not a pastime of the rich and well placed.
September 10Too much food results in dullness of mind.
September 11God alone is the giver of life, the guardian of life, and the goal of life.
September 12All spiritual practice must be directed to the removal of the husk and the revelation of the kernel.
September 13So long as you say, ‘I am’; there is bound to be fear, but once you say, and feel, I an God, you get unconquerable strength.
September 14The same current activates all.
September 15When you feel you cannot do good, at least desist from doing evil.
September 16Condemn the wrong and extol the right as soon as you notice either in your children; that will settle them on the strength path.
September 17Awake, Arise and Stop not till the goal is reached.
September 18Man is now able to soar into outer space and reach up to the moon; but he is not moral enough to live at peace with his neighbor!
September 19The purpose of living is to achieve ‘living in God.’
September 20The lights have to be switched on in the heart of man, rather than in the house where the image of the Lord is installed and worshiped.
September 21Limiting birth by artificial means is an absurdly wrong step. The consequences of this act is irresponsible fatherhood or frustrated motherhood.
September 22The food that one eats has to be pure, free from the subtle evils radiated by the persons who collect the materials who cook the dishes and who serve then.
September 23Whatever is to our advantage will appear right to us; We do not usually look upon a matter from the other fellow’s standpoint.
September 24However high a bird may soar, it has sooner or later to perch on a tree top, to enjoy quiet.
September 25The mind fixed in the awareness of the One is like a rock, unaffected by doubt, stable, secure.
September 26Instead of making the senses which are at best very poor guides and informants his servants, man has made them his masters.
September 27Jesus said:
First – He is a messenger of God.
Second – He is the Son of God.
Third – He and His Father are one.
September 28Women have equal chances and equal rights to attain Godhead.
September 29God of death does not give notice of his arrival to take hold of you. He is not like the photographer who says, “I am clicking, are you ready?”
September 30Let the wave of memory, the storm of desire, the fire of emotion pass trough without affecting your equanimity.
October 1Silence is the speech of the spiritual seeker.
