Auspiciousness to Lord Śrīgiriśa and Mallinātha, the beloved of Umā, the beautiful Lord who fulfills the cherished desires and righteous wishes of His devotees.

English Meaning
I constantly worship Lord Śrīśailanātha, the Lord of Śrīśaila, together with Śikhareśvara, Gaṇapati, Śrī Haṭakeśa, Sāraṅgeśvara, the pure Bindutīrtha, Ghaṇṭārka Siddheśvara, the sacred Ganges, Śrī Bhramarāmbikā, the daughter of the mountain, Ārāmavīreśvara, and the sacred Śaṅkha, Cakra and Varāha tīrthas.

hastēkuraṅgaṃ girimadhyaraṅgaṃ śṛṅgāritāṅgaṃ girijānuṣaṅgam
mūrdēndugaṅgaṃ madanāṅga bhaṅgaṃ śrīśailaliṅgaṃ śirasā namāmi ॥

जिनके हाथ में मृग सुशोभित है, जो पर्वत के मध्य शोभायमान हैं, जिनका शरीर दिव्य अलंकारों से सुशोभित है और जो गिरिजा अर्थात् पार्वती के साथ सदा संयुक्त हैं; जिनके मस्तक पर चन्द्रमा और गंगा विराजमान हैं तथा जिन्होंने कामदेव के अहंकार और शरीर का भंग किया—ऐसे श्रीशैल लिंग को मैं अपने मस्तक से प्रणाम करता हूँ।

English Meaning
I bow my head to the Śrīśaila Liṅga, who bears the deer in His hand, who shines majestically in the midst of the mountain, whose form is beautifully adorned, and who is ever united with Girijā. He bears the Moon and Ganges upon His head and destroyed the embodied pride of Kāma. To this sacred Lord of Śrīśaila, I offer my reverent salutations.
