श्री गणेश को नमन है।

pārvatyuvācha
mālāmantraṃ mama brūhi priyāyasmādahaṃ tava ।

हिंदी अर्थ:
पार्वती जी ने कहा—हे प्रिय! मैं आपकी प्रिय हूँ, इसलिए कृपया मुझे माला-मंत्र बताइए।

English Meaning:
Parvati said: O Beloved, since I am dear to You, please tell me the sacred Mala Mantra.

śṛṇu dēvi pravakṣyāmi mālāmantramanuttamam ॥

हिंदी अर्थ:
ईश्वर ने कहा—हे देवी! सुनो, मैं तुम्हें यह अनुपम और श्रेष्ठ माला-मंत्र बताता हूँ।

English Meaning:
Ishvara said: O Devi, listen. I shall reveal to you this supreme and incomparable Mala Mantra.

हिंदी अर्थ:
ॐ भगवान दत्तात्रेय को नमस्कार है, जो मात्र स्मरण करने से प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं, महान भय का निवारण करते हैं, महान ज्ञान प्रदान करते हैं और चिदानंद स्वरूप हैं। जो बालक, उन्मत्त और पिशाच के समान विविध रूप धारण करने वाले, महान योगी, अवधूत और निष्पाप हैं। जो माता अनसूया के आनंद को बढ़ाने वाले, अत्रि ऋषि के पुत्र तथा सभी कामनाओं के फल प्रदान करने वाले हैं।

English Meaning:
Om, salutations to Lord Dattatreya, who is pleased merely by remembrance, who removes great fears, bestows supreme knowledge, and is the embodiment of consciousness and bliss. He manifests in the forms of a child, an ecstatic being and one appearing like a spirit; He is the great Yogi, the Avadhuta and the sinless One. He increases the joy of Mother Anasuya, is the son of Sage Atri, and grants the fruits of all righteous desires.

हिंदी अर्थ:
ॐ संसार के बंधनों से मुक्त करने वाले दत्तात्रेय को नमस्कार है। आं बीज द्वारा असाध्य कार्यों को सिद्ध करने वाले, ह्रीं द्वारा समस्त दिव्य विभूतियाँ प्रदान करने वाले, क्रौं द्वारा कठिन से कठिन वस्तुओं को आकर्षित करने वाले, ऐं द्वारा वाणी और ज्ञान प्रदान करने वाले, क्लीं द्वारा तीनों लोकों को वश में करने वाले, सौः द्वारा समस्त मनों में दिव्य स्पंदन उत्पन्न करने वाले तथा श्रीं द्वारा महान समृद्धि प्रदान करने वाले प्रभु को नमन है।

English Meaning:
Om, salutations to Dattatreya, who liberates beings from the bonds of worldly existence. Through the sacred seed syllable Āṃ, He accomplishes the difficult and seemingly impossible; through Hrīṃ, He bestows divine powers; through Krauṃ, He attracts what appears unattainable; through Aiṃ, He grants speech and wisdom; through Klīṃ, He brings the three worlds under divine influence; through Sauḥ, He stirs and transforms the minds; and through Śrīṃ, He bestows great prosperity.

हिंदी अर्थ:
ग्लौं बीज द्वारा पृथ्वी-मंडल के आधिपत्य का वर प्रदान करने वाले तथा द्रां बीज द्वारा चिरंजीवी स्वरूप प्रभु को नमन है। वषट्—वश में करो, वश में करो। वौषट्—आकर्षित करो, आकर्षित करो। हुं—द्वेष को दूर करो, दूर करो। फट्—नकारात्मक शक्तियों का उच्छेदन करो, करो। ठः—रोक दो, रोक दो। खें—विनाश करो, विनाश करो।

English Meaning:
Salutations to the Lord who, through the sacred syllable Glauṃ, grants sovereignty over the earthly realm, and who is invoked through Drāṃ as the immortal One. Vaṣaṭ—bring under divine control, bring under control. Vauṣaṭ—attract, attract. Huṃ—remove hostility, remove hostility. Phaṭ—dispel and drive away harmful forces. Ṭhaḥ—restrain, restrain. Kheṃ—destroy, destroy.

हिंदी अर्थ:
नमः—संपन्न करो, संपन्न करो। स्वाहा—पोषण करो, पोषण करो। अन्य मंत्रों, यंत्रों और परतंत्र शक्तियों के प्रभावों को काट दो, काट दो। ग्रहों के कष्टों को दूर करो, दूर करो। रोगों का नाश करो, नाश करो। दुःख को हर लो, हर लो। दरिद्रता को दूर भगा दो, दूर भगा दो।

English Meaning:

हे प्रभु! शरीर का पोषण करो, पोषण करो; चित्त को संतुष्ट और प्रसन्न करो। आप सभी मंत्रों के स्वरूप हैं, सभी यंत्रों के स्वरूप हैं, सभी तंत्रों के स्वरूप हैं तथा सभी पल्लवों अथवा मंत्र-विस्तारों के मूल स्वरूप हैं।

English Meaning:
O Lord, nourish and strengthen the body; bring peace and contentment to the mind. You are the essence of all mantras, the essence of all yantras, the essence of all tantras, and the essential source of all sacred manifestations and extensions.
