May we hear auspicious things with our ears, O divine beings. May we see auspicious things with our eyes, O worshipful ones. With strong limbs and healthy bodies, may we live the full span of life blessed by the Divine. May Indra of great fame, Pūṣan the all-knowing, Garuḍa the remover of obstacles, and Bṛhaspati grant us well-being and prosperity.
ōṃ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ ॥
Om. May there be peace, peace, and peace in the physical, mental, and spiritual realms.

Salutations to Lord Gaṇapati. You alone are the directly perceived Truth. You alone are the creator, destroyer, and sustainer. You alone are this entire universe, which is Brahman. You are the eternal Self present within all beings.
ṛtaṃ vachmi । satyaṃ vachmi ॥
I speak the eternal cosmic order. I speak the Truth.

Protect me. Protect the speaker, the listener, the giver, the supporter, the teacher, and the student. Protect me from all directions — behind, in front, north, south, above, below, and everywhere around me.

You are the essence of speech and consciousness. You are the embodiment of bliss and Brahman. You are existence-consciousness-bliss, the non-dual reality. You are the visible form of Brahman. You are knowledge and wisdom itself.

This entire universe is born from You. It exists through You and dissolves into You. Everything returns to You. You are earth, water, fire, air, and space. You are the four forms of speech.

You are beyond the three qualities, three states, three bodies, and three divisions of time. You eternally reside in the Mūlādhāra. You are the essence of the three divine powers. Yogis meditate upon You always. You are Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, Indra, Agni, Vāyu, the Sun, the Moon, and the Supreme Brahman.

anusvāraḥ parataraḥ । ardhēndulasitam ।
tārēṇa ṛddham । ētattava manusrūpam ॥
The syllable “Ga” is uttered first, followed by “ṇa”. The nasal sound (anusvāra) follows, adorned with the crescent symbol and enriched by the sacred sound. This is the true form of Your mantra.
ōṃ gaṃ gaṇapatayē namaḥ ॥
Salutations to Lord Gaṇapati through the sacred mantra Om Gaṃ Gaṇapataye Namaḥ.
ēkadantāya vidmahē vakratuṇḍāya dhīmahi ।
tannō dantiḥ prachōdayāt ॥
We meditate upon the One-Tusked Lord. We contemplate the Lord with the curved trunk. May Danti inspire and guide our intellect.

I meditate upon Lord Gaṇapati, the One-Tusked One with four arms, holding the noose and goad, granting blessings with His hands. He has a large belly, wide ears, red garments, and is worshipped with red flowers.

The compassionate Lord, the cause of creation, the eternal and imperishable One who appeared at the beginning of creation beyond Prakṛti and Puruṣa — one who meditates upon Him daily becomes the greatest among yogis.

Salutations to the Lord of hosts, Lord of Gaṇas, and Lord of divine attendants. Salutations to Lambodara, the One-Tusked Lord, remover of obstacles, son of Lord Śiva, and the bestower of blessings.

Om. May there be peace, peace, and peace.
