yēnē̠da-mbhū̠ta-mbhuva̍na-mbhavi̠ṣya-tpari̍gṛhīta-ma̠mṛtē̍na̠ sarva̎m । yēna̍ ya̠jñastā̍yatē
(ya̠jñastrā̍yatē) sa̠ptahō̍tā̠ tanmē̠ mana̍-śśi̠vasa̍ṅka̠lpama̍stu ॥ 1
English Meaning
By that eternal principle through which everything that has existed, that exists, and that will exist is held and sustained, and through which the sacrifice performed by the seven officiating priests is extended and protected, may my mind be filled with auspicious and noble thoughts. 1
yēna̠ karmā̍ṇi pra̠chara̍nti̠ dhīrā̠ yatō̍ vā̠chā mana̍sā̠ chāru̠yanti̍ ।

yajjāgra̍tō dū̠ramu̠daiti̠ daiva̠-ntadu̍ su̠ptasya̠ tathai̠vaiti̍ ।
