O Lord Shiva, treasure of compassion and Lord of all beings, please accept this worship lovingly prepared within my heart: a jeweled seat, a bath with cool and sacred waters, divine garments, sandalwood paste adorned with various precious jewels and fragrant musk, flowers made of jasmine, champaka and bilva leaves, incense, and a sacred lamp.

O Lord, please accept with devotion the offerings mentally prepared by me: ghee and sweet rice in a golden vessel decorated with nine precious gems, five varieties of food accompanied by milk and curd, banana fruits and beverages, many kinds of vegetables, refreshing water, camphor, and betel leaves. May You graciously accept all these offerings.

O Supreme Lord, please accept this worship offered to You with devotion and intention: a royal umbrella, a pair of yak-tail fans, a hand fan, a spotless mirror, the music of the veena, drums, mridanga and other instruments, songs and dance, prostrations with all eight limbs, and many kinds of hymns and praises. All these have been mentally offered to You.

O Shambhu, You are my inner Self; Goddess Girija is my intellect; the life-breaths are Your attendants; the body is Your temple. The enjoyment of worldly objects is Your worship; sleep is the state of meditation; the movement of my feet is circumambulation; all my words are hymns of praise. Whatever action I perform, may every one of those actions become Your worship.

Whatever offense I have committed through my hands or feet, through speech or body, through actions, through hearing or sight, or through my mind; whatever I have done knowingly or unknowingly, please forgive all of it. Victory, victory to You, O ocean of compassion, Sri Mahadeva Shambhu.
