Jeenmata Temple

This temple is not only a spiritual center but also a Kuldevi (family deity) for many clans in Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.






Architecture of the Temple

Jeenmata Temple features traditional Rajasthani temple architecture, built primarily in stone.
The temple has a grand entrance, intricately carved pillars, and beautiful sculptures.
Inside the sanctum, the idol of Jeenmata is adorned with rich ornaments and colorful clothes.
There is a sacred kund (holy pond) nearby, where devotees take a ritual bath before darshan.
Several smaller shrines and dharamshalas surround the main temple complex.

By Air:
- Nearest Airport: Jaipur International Airport (~125 km)
- You can hire a taxi or take a bus from Jaipur to Sikar, then to Jeenmata.
By Train:
- Nearest Railway Station: Sikar Junction (30 km away)
- From Sikar, local transport like jeep, taxi, or bus is available to the temple.
By Road:
Frequent bus services and private taxis operate from nearby towns and cities.
Well connected by road to Jaipur, Sikar, and Delhi.
