Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba

Throughout the 1940s, and for most of the 1950s, Baba often went into a trance during his out-of-the-body journeys. Suddenly and unexpectedly he would become unconscious, and those near him would know that he was away, probably with some devotee at a distant place. On returning, he might or might not tell those around him something of what happened.

On occasions there would be reciprocal effects on Baba’s physical body indicative of what he was doing. Sometimes, for instance, a few words of what he was saying at the distant place would issue from his physical lips. At other times vibhuti would emanate from his body.

This latter was usually when he had gone to be present at the death of a devotee. Mr. Kasturi says, “On such occasions, symbolic of death, destruction and the end of the temporary and the evanescent, sacred vibhuti issues from the mouth of the body that Baba leaves behind in order to proceed to the death-bed.”

A woman from Australia and her two children, Sri Sathya Sai Baba Blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments

Kasturi then gives an example. At about 5.20 p.m. on November 15th 1958 Baba was reading a letter aloud to some people around him, when suddenly he exclaimed, “Ha!” and fell to the floor. The body was quiet for ten minutes, then it appeared to cough. Puffs of vibhuti were coming from the mouth, shooting out, Kasturi says, “to a distance of more than a foot and a half”.

At 5.35 pm., having been unconscious for fifteen minutes, he resumed the reading where he had left off, quite naturally and showing no signs of exhaustion. When requested, he told the devotees where he had been – Dehra Dun in the Himalayas. There he said the mother of a doctor, well-known in the ashram, had just passed away.

Baba had gone to give her help at the time of transition, which was 5.30 p.m. He also remarked that the doctor, her son, was present at the woman’s death in Dehra Dun, and that people were singing bhajan songs in the room there. He further described how the old lady had at the end announced to everybody: “This is my last breath”, and then expired.

Two days later, on November 17th, a letter came to Baba from the doctor whose mother had died. He wrote, “My mother drew her last breath on Saturday, at 5.30 p.m. We were doing bhajan during her last hours as per her wish. She was remembering you constantly.”

Sri Sathya Sai Baba Blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments – A Sacred Story of Grace and Peace

Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments is a deeply touching devotional theme that reminds us how divine love does not leave a devotee, even at the final stage of life. The last moments of a person’s journey can be emotional for the family and sacred for the soul. When the body becomes weak and worldly connections begin to fade, the heart longs for peace, protection, and the comforting presence of God.

For a sincere devotee, death is not seen only as an end. It is a transition from one state of existence to another. The body may become tired, but the soul continues its journey. Faith gives the devotee courage to face this truth without fear. Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments shows that Baba’s grace can bring peace when human strength becomes limited and words are no longer enough.

A devotee who has spent life remembering Baba carries His name deep within the heart. During illness, old age, or weakness, that remembrance becomes even more powerful. Family members may feel helpless while watching their loved one suffer, but prayer becomes their support. They sit near the devotee, remember Baba, and ask Him to guide the soul with compassion. In such moments, devotion becomes silent, pure, and full of surrender.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments also teaches that Baba’s presence is not limited by physical distance. He may not appear outwardly to everyone, yet His grace can be felt through peace, fragrance, a dream, a sudden calmness, or a divine assurance in the heart. Sometimes the devotee may smile softly, whisper Baba’s name, or show signs of inner comfort. Such moments become unforgettable for the family.

The final stage of life often reveals what truly matters. Wealth, position, arguments, and worldly pride lose their importance. What remains is love, prayer, gratitude, and faith. A person who leaves the world with Baba’s name in the heart is blessed, because the mind becomes fixed on the Divine instead of fear. This is why devotees pray for a peaceful end, filled with remembrance of God.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments gives comfort to families who fear losing someone dear. Separation is painful, and grief is natural. But when a loved one departs with divine remembrance, the family receives strength. They feel that Baba has taken care of the soul. This feeling does not remove sadness completely, but it gives meaning and peace to the heart.

Baba always taught that life should be lived with love, service, truth, and devotion. The last moments become peaceful when the earlier life has been connected with good thoughts and noble actions. A devotee who has served others, spoken kindly, prayed sincerely, and trusted Baba naturally feels His nearness at the end. Death then becomes less frightening and more like returning to a beloved shelter.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments also reminds us to prepare for the final journey while living. Preparation does not mean fear of death. It means living in such a way that the mind remains clean and the heart remains close to God. Every day should include some prayer, some service, some gratitude, and some effort to reduce anger, ego, and selfishness.

The family around a devotee also has a sacred role. Instead of creating panic, they can create a peaceful atmosphere. They can chant Baba’s name, play soft bhajans, speak comforting words, and avoid unnecessary worldly discussions. A calm environment helps the departing soul feel safe and loved. In those moments, even silence can become prayer.

Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments is not only about one devotee’s passing; it is about Baba’s promise of protection. He watches over those who remember Him with sincerity. His grace may appear as courage, peace, inner light, or a gentle feeling that the soul is being guided. The Divine does not abandon a devotee at the most important moment of life.

This story also teaches us to value the present. Since life is temporary, we should not waste time in hatred, jealousy, pride, or unnecessary arguments. We should love more, forgive faster, serve sincerely, and remember God daily. A peaceful end begins with a meaningful life. Baba’s teachings guide devotees to live in a way that makes the final moment sacred.

In the end, Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessed His Devotee In Her Last Moments is a message of hope, surrender, and divine compassion. It tells us that Baba’s love remains with His devotees through life, illness, death, and beyond. When the heart holds His name and the soul rests in His grace, the final journey becomes peaceful. The body may leave, but devotion continues, carried gently by Baba’s eternal love.
