That (Supreme Reality) is complete and perfect. This (manifest universe) is also complete and perfect. From the complete emerges the complete. Even after taking the complete from the complete, the complete alone remains.

All this — whatever exists in this changing universe — is pervaded by the Divine Lord. Therefore, enjoy and live with a spirit of renunciation. Do not covet anyone’s wealth.

ēvaṃ tvayi nānyathētō’sti na karma lipyatē narē ॥ 2 ॥
By performing one’s duties in this world, one should desire to live for a hundred years. In this way, action does not bind a person, and there is no other path.
asuryā nāma tē lōkā andhēna tamasāvṛtāḥ ।
tāṃstē prētyābhigacchanti yē kē chātmahānō janāḥ ॥ 3 ॥
Those worlds covered by deep darkness belong to those who neglect the Self. After leaving this life, those who destroy their own spiritual awareness enter into such states.

The One Reality is unmoving yet swifter than the mind. Even the senses cannot reach It, for It is always ahead of them. Though standing still, It surpasses all that runs. Through It, the cosmic forces sustain all beings.

The wise have taught that knowledge and ignorance lead to different results. This is what we have heard from those who have explained this truth.

O Nourisher, solitary Seer, controller of all, radiant Sun, remove Your rays and reveal Your most auspicious form. The Being who is there in the Sun — that Being am I.
