Charbhuja Temple

It is one of the most important Vaishnav pilgrimage centers in the Mewar region, drawing thousands of devotees every year.






Architecture of the Temple

The temple is built in a magnificent Rajput architectural style, with impressive marble carvings, mirror work, and silver gates.
It has a towering shikhara (spire) adorned with intricate sculptures of gods and goddesses.
The main sanctum houses the 85-cm tall idol of Charbhuja Ji made of black stone, with four arms holding a conch, discus, mace, and lotus.
The silver doors and grand toran (archway) add to the grandeur of the temple.
The temple complex also features beautifully carved pillars and elaborate mirror work in the inner sanctum.
How to Reach to Temple
By Road | Garhbor village is about 112 km from Udaipur, easily reachable by taxi, private vehicle, or bus. Rajsamand (20 km away) also has frequent buses and taxis to Garhbor. |
By Rail | Nearest major railway station is Udaipur Railway Station (about 110 km). Rajsamand also has a smaller railway station. |
By Air | The closest airport is Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur, approximately 120 km away. |
