Architecture of the Temple
The temple was originally a modest shrine but was expanded in the 20th century with a larger entrance, under the patronage of Rai Bahadur Kedar Nath Goinka and later Shyam Sunder Bhangad in 1991. Development continues to this day.
It’s built in a traditional North Indian style, nestled near the Ganges and set against Vindhya-like rocky terrain. A distinctive cauldron-shaped entrance or hill-side structure leads to the sanctum in a cave-like setting..
