जय सरस्वती माता, मैया जय सरस्वती माता।
सदगुण वैभव शालिनी, त्रिभुवन विख्याता॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
चंद्रवदनी पद्मासिनी, द्युतिमंग लकारी।
सोहे शुभ हंस सवारी, अतुल तेजधारी॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
बाएं कर में वीणा, दाएं कर में माला।
शीश मुकुट मणि सोहे, गल मोतीमाला॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
देवी शरद नवयुवनी, वस्त्र श्वेत सुभासिनी।
नीरजासन विराजत, कोटि रतन ज्योति॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
भक्त जनों की मनो-कामना, पूर्ण करो माता।
ज्ञान बुद्धि दो हमारी, विनय यही सच्चा॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
सब पर कृपा दृष्टि रखो, जग में अंधियारा।
दूर करो माँ अज्ञानता, ज्योति भर दो प्यारा॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
जो कोई तुमकी आरती गावे, मनवांछित फल पावे।
श्री सरस्वती माता की जय, शुभ ज्ञान जगावे॥ जय सरस्वती माता॥
Glory to You, O Divine Mother Saraswati, Goddess of wisdom and learning! You are filled with virtues, radiance, and grace, worshipped and revered throughout the three worlds. O Mother, may Your blessings illuminate our minds and hearts forever.
Your face shines like the moon, and You are seated gracefully upon a lotus. Clad in pure white garments, You ride the swan — a symbol of purity and discrimination — radiating incomparable brilliance.
In one hand You hold a Veena, the symbol of knowledge, music, and harmony; in the other, You hold a mala, symbolizing meditation and concentration. A jeweled crown adorns Your head, and a garland of pearls glows around Your neck.
O youthful and ever-pure Goddess of wisdom, You sit upon a lotus throne, surrounded by divine light more brilliant than countless gems. Bestower of intellect and creativity, You fill hearts with peace, clarity, and inspiration.
Kindly fulfill the true desires of Your devotees, O Mother. Grant us wisdom, understanding, and humility — this alone is our heartfelt prayer. Remove ignorance and darkness from our minds and fill our lives with the light of true knowledge and devotion.
