Constructed by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, the temple is managed by Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat and serves as a center of spiritual enlightenment, cultural celebration, and divine beauty.

Mythological Significance & History

The foundation stone of Prem Mandir was laid in January 2001 by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.
It was completed after 11 years of intricate construction work and was inaugurated on 17th February 2012.
Built entirely from Italian white marble, the temple stands as a testament to selfless love and devotion—not just in its purpose, but in its very architecture.

Significance of the Temple

Prem Mandir represents the philosophy of “Divine Love” as expounded by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.
The temple serves as a spiritual beacon for seekers, focusing on the divine pastimes (leelas) of Radha Krishna and Sita Ram.
It promotes bhakti (devotion) through regular satsangs, kirtans, and discourses, open to all.
Visitors describe the temple as a heavenly experience, where spiritual energy meets artistic beauty.

Architecture of the Temple

Built with immaculate Italian white marble, the temple is a fusion of Rajasthani, Gujarati, and South Indian temple styles.

The main sanctum houses the beautifully adorned deities of Radha Krishna, and the upper floor features Sita Ram.

The temple stands 125 feet high, 190 feet long, and 128 feet wide, surrounded by pristine gardens and walkways.

Walls and ceilings are carved with elaborate scenes from Krishna Leela, such as Govardhan Leela, Rasa Leela, and Kaliya Daman.

Nighttime lighting transforms the temple into a celestial vision, with changing colors illuminating the marble.
