Mansa Devi Temple

It is one of the Panch Tirth (Five Pilgrimages) within Haridwar and forms a holy trinity with Chandi Devi and Maya Devi Temples.






Architecture of the Temple

The temple showcases traditional North Indian hill temple architecture, with bright red-yellow exteriors, a pyramidal spire (shikhara), and vibrant flags fluttering in the breeze.
The main sanctum houses two idols of Goddess Mansa:
- One with three faces and five arms
- Another with eight arms
The complex is spacious with prayer halls, bells, and a courtyard for offerings and rituals.

- Offers a quick and scenic ride up the hill in about 5–7 minutes.

- A 1.5 km uphill trek is available from the base.
- Well-paved but steep path, lined with vendors and devotees.

- Nearest Station: Haridwar Junction (3 km)
- Easily accessible via auto-rickshaws or taxis
