Udakasanti Mantrah with meaning तेजोसि तत्ते प्रर्यच्छामि । तेर्जस्वदस्तु में मुखम् । तेजेस्वच्छिरो अस्तु मे । तेजस्वान, विश्वर्तः प्रत्यद्ध । तेजसा संर्पिपृन्धिमा ॥ १ ॥Téjósi. Tanë prayacchāmi. I gratefully offer to You the effulgence you have bestowed upon me. May Your effulgence express itself in my face, head and all the limbs of my body (personality). Priyagam rēto varuna somarājann. Mārēvāsmā adītē śarma yaccha. Visvé dēvā jaradastiryathā’sat.O Lord, I seek refuge in You just as the angels (devatas) seek the refuge of Indra. Grant me a long and radiant life. May Varuna and Soma be pleased with me and may Mother Aditi bestow joy upon me.
