Shri Datta, also known as Lord Dattatreya, is one of the most revered deities in the Hindu tradition, worshipped as the Adi Guru, the primordial teacher who embodies the essence of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh (Shiva). His name “Datta” means “the one who is given,” signifying that he is the divine gift offered to humanity to guide them on the spiritual path.
