Mantra Puşpam with meaning 1.ॐ योऽपां पुष्पं वेद॑ । पुष्प॑वान् प्रजावाँन् पशुमान् भ॑वति । चन्द्रमा॒ वा अ॒पां पुष्पम् । पुष्प॑वान् प्रजावाँन् पशुमान् र्भवति ॥१॥.Yopām puspam veda. Puspavan prajāvănpašumān bhavatiCandramă vă apām puspam. Puspavān prajāvānpašumān bhavatiWhen one knows the secrets of waters and flowers, one’s heart blossoms and he becomes rich in progeny and cattle. When one knows the sacred and mysterious relation among the moon, the waters and the flowers, once heart blossoms and he becomes rich in progeny and cattle.(Succeeding stanzas are based on the truth of creation that from the Atma or self first emerge the sky. From sky came air; from the air, the fire; from the fire, the water; and from the water emerge the earth. The source of all the elements is the one Atma.) 2. य एवं वेद॑ । यर्योऽपामा॒यत॑नं॒ वेद॑ । आ॒यत॑नवान् भवति । अग्निर्वा अ॒पामायत॑नम् । आयत॑नवान् भवति । यौऽग्नेरा॒यत॑नं वेद॑ । आ॒यत॑नवान् भवति । आयो॒ वा अ॒ग्नेरा॒यत॑नम् । आ॒यत॑नवान् भवति । य एवं वेद॑ ।। २ ॥Ya evam veda. One who knows the source of the moon, attains the supreme. 5. भवति । आपो वै संवत्स॒रस्या॒यत॑नम् । आ॒यत॑नवान् भवति । य एवं वेदं ॥८॥Ayatanavān bhavati. Samvatsaro va apāmāyatanam Ayatanavan bhavati. Yassamvatsarasyäyatanam veda. Ayatanavān bhavati. Apo vai samvatsarasyä yatanam. Ayatanavān bhavati. Ya evam veda.One who knows that all the worlds stay like the boat on waters, (one who knows that water is the basis of life in all the worlds) attains the supreme abode. According to Bhagavān Baba the water of life is love. Therefore, love is the origin of everything, and one who knows love, attains the highest divine abode. 6.यौऽप्सु नावं प्रति॑िष्ठितां वेद॑ । प्रत्येव ति॑िष्ठति ।। ९ ॥ Yo’psu nāvam pratisthitam veda. Pratyeva tisthati.We salute Vaiśravana, the king of kings who takes away the wealth of those with whom he is not pleased. We pray to Vaiśravana, the fulfiller of desires, to grant us all our desires.We again salute the emperor Vaiśravana, who is none but Kubera himself (the lord of wealth).

Hiranyagarbhah Süktam with meaning 1.ॐ हिरण्यगर्भः सर्मवर्तता भूतस्य॑ जातः पति॒रेक॑ आसीत् । स दांधार पृथिवीं द्यामुतेमां कस्मै दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषा विधेम ॥ १ ॥Hiranyagarbhaḥ samavartatägre bhūtasya jätahSa dadhāra prthivim dyämutemäm kasmaiPatireka äsitdevāya haviṣā vidhema. The resplendent Prajapati was born at the beginning of creation from the Supreme person with the power of Mava. Having been born he became the one sustainer and nourisher of all beings. The same Paramatman, here designated as Hiranyagarbha, supports the Earth as well as Heaven. May we worship that shining one with offerings who is of the nature of bliss or whose characteristic nature can not be interrogated. 2. य आंत्मदा बैलदा यस्य विश्व उपासते प्रशिषं यस्य॑ देवाः । यस्य॑ छायामृतं यस्य॑ मृत्युः कस्मै दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषाँ विधेम ॥ २ ॥Ya ätmadā balada yasya viśva upāsate prašişamyasya devähyasya chayämrtam yasya mrtyuh kasmai devāyahavişā vidhema•Who is the giver of self (all selves in reality being himself); who is bestower of strength (as nourisher through food); Whose command even gods are eager to receive; Whom immortality and death obey like shadow: 3. यः प्राणतो निमिषतो मेहित्वैक इद्राजा जर्गतो बभूर्व । य ईशैं अस्य द्विपद॒श्चतु॑ष्पद्ः कस्मै॑ दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषा विधेम ॥ ३ ॥Yaḥ prānato nimisato mahitvaika idrājā jagato babhūva Ya ise asya dvipadaścatuspadaḥ kasmai devāyahavişă vidhema Who became the sovereign ruler of all beings living and existing on Earth; Who controls as the Earth; indwelling 4.यस्येमे हिमव॑न्तो महित्वा यस्य॑ समुद्रं रसयाँ सहाहुः । यस्येमाः प्रदिशो यस्य॑ बाहू कस्मै देवार्य हविषा विधेम ।। ४ ।।Yasyeme himavanto mahirva yasya samudratYasaya sahabubYasyemäb pradise yasya bahü kasmaidevāya havisā vidhema Whose glory the mountains, Himālaväs and the rest, declare Whose greatness the ocean along withrivers proclaim; to whose hands engaged in dispensing justice may be compared the eight directions. 5. येन द्यौरुग्रा पृथिवी चे दृळ्हा येन॒ स्व॑ः स्तभितं येन नार्कः । यो अ॒न्तरि॑क्षै रज॑सो विमानः कस्मै देवार्य ह॒विषा विधेम ।। ५ ।।Yena dyaurugrä prthivi ca driha yena svah stabhitamyena nakahYo antarikse rajaso vimānah kasmai devāyahavisa vidhema 6. यं क्रन्द॑सी अव॑सा तस्तभाने अभ्यैक्षतां मन॑सा रेजमाने । यत्राधि सूर उदितो विभाति कस्मै देवाय हविषा विधेम ॥ ६ ॥Yam krandasi avasä tastabhäne abhyaikşetámmanasă rejamáneYatradhi sura ndito vibhāti kasmai devaya havisa vidhemaBy whom the powerful sky and the terrestrial region were made firm; by whom the blissful heaven was awarded to the virtuous, by whom release was appointed for the virtuous; who is the maker of Rajasa creation in the mid – region. 7.आप ह य殣हतीर्विश्वमायन् गर्भ दाँना जनयतीरग्निम् । तततॊ देवानां सर्मवर्ततासुरेकः कस्मै॑ दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विर्षां विधेम ।।७।।Apo ha yadbṛhatirviśvamayan garbham dadhanajanayantiragnithTato devänäm samavartatāsurekah kasmaidevāya havişā vidhema. Through the power of whom the great causal waters holding within it the power of unfoldment and the capacity to produce fire transformed itself into the form of the world and from whom the one breath of all gods came into existence. 8.मा नोँ हिंसीज्जनिता यः पृथिव्या यो वा दिवं सत्यर्धर्मा जजार्न । यचापश्चन्द्रा बृह॒तीर्जजान कस्मै दे॒वाय॑ ह॒विषा विधेम ॥ Mã no himsijjanitä yaḥ pṛthivya yo vă divam satyadharma jajana yaścāpaścandra brhatirjajāna kasmai devaya havişa vidhema.May he the creator of the Earth and heaven whose laws are ‘inviolable”, (cannot be violated) Never harm us. Hantäram šatrünăm krdhi virājam gopatim gavāmMake me a bull among my peers, make me my nvals conquerer. Jyotisä bädhate tamahThe immortal Goddess has filled the whole universe, all its spaces, heights and depths. Athā naḥ sutară bhava.O Goddess! Namaste astu dhanvane bāhubhyāmutate namah.O Destroyer of sin and sorrow! Prostrations to your anger! And then to your arrow, and to your bow and then to your pair of hands 2.या त इर्ष: शिवर्तमा शिवं बभूर्व ते धर्नुः। शिवा शेरख्या तर्या नो रुद्र मृडय ।। २ ॥Ya ta isuh śivatama šivam babhūva te dhanuh, Sivakary yä tava tayā no rudra mṛdayaO Destroyer! In order that our world of relations and cattle may be prosperous, wholly free from disease and of good mind, we propitiate you with auspicious words. 5. अध्यंवोचदधिवक्ता प्रथमो देव्यों भिषक् । अहीगं सवअ॒म्भय॒न्त्सवश्च यातुधा॒न्य॑ः ।। ५ ।।Adhyavocadadhivaktä prathamo daivyo bhisak. Ahigmśca sarvāñjambhayantsarvāśca yätudhänyah.Let the primordial God, who intercedes (on ehalf of his devotees), the physician, condescend to tervene, destroying serpents and vicious creatures and all evil doers. 6.असौ यस्ताम्रो अरुण उत बभ्रुः सुमङ्गलः । ये चेमार्ग रुद्रा अभितों दिक्षु श्रिताः सहस्रशोऽवैषां हेर्ड ईमहे ॥ ६ ॥Asau yastämro aruna uta babhrussumangalah. Ye cemägm rudra abhito diksu śritäh sahasraśo’ vaisāgm heda imaheWe endeavour to remove the anger of that Lord, who manifests himself in the Sun, who is crimson, red, and orange, the bestower of welfare, and of the other manifestations of Rudra who, in thousands, surround this earth. 7. नमर्मो अस्तु नीलग्रीवाय सहस्राक्षाय॑ मीढुषै । अथो ये अ॑स्य सत्त्वा॑नोऽहं तेभ्योऽकरन्नर्मः ॥ ७ ॥Namo astu nīlagrīvāya sahasrākṣāya midhuse. Atho ye asya sattväno ‘ham tebhyo’ karannamah. prostrate before the thousand-eyed, blue-throated one, who rains mercy on all including his attendants. 8.प्रमुख धन्वंनस्त्वमुभयोरात्रि पोयम्। वार्थहर परा ता भंगवो वप ।। ८ ।।Pramunca dhanvanastvamubhayorärtniyorjyam. Yaicato hasta isavah parā tā bhagavo vapaO Lord! Loosen the string from the ends of your bow and put into your quiver the arrows in your hands. 9.अवतत्य धनुस्त्वं सहस्राक्ष शतैषधे । निशीर्यशल्यानां मुला शिवो नैः सुमना भव ।। ९ ।।Avatatya dhanustvagn sahasraksa śatesudhe. Nikirya śalyänäm mukhā śivo nah sumanā bhava.O Thousand-eyed One! Many-quivered One! She makes (those who worship Her) contented and is of the colour of a lotus and seated on a lotus. 5.उपैतु मां देवसखः कीर्तिश्च मर्णिना सह । प्रादुर्भूतोस्पिं राष्ट्रेऽस्मिन् कीर्तिमृद्धिं दातुं मे ।। ७ ।।Upaitu mam devasakhaḥ kīrtiśca maninā saha. Prādur bhūtosmi răştre’smin kīrtimṛddhim dadātu me.May the friend of the Devas (Kubera, the Lord of Wealth who is a friend of Mahadeva or Siva) come to me with fame and wealth (jewels). O Ciklita, dwell in my house and make the goddess of Prosperity, the Divine Mother. also dwell in my family. 11.आर्द्रा पुष्करि॑िर्णी पुष्टिं पिङ्गलां पद्ममालिनीम् । चन्द्र हिरण्मयीं लक्ष्मीं जातवेदो म आर्वह ।। १३ ।।Ärdräm puskarinim pustim pingalam padmamalinim Candräm hiranmayim lakşmim jātavedo ma avaha.O Jätaveda! Bring to me the extremely benign Lakşmi (another name for the goddess of Prosperity). reddish in complexion, who dwells in lakes and who possesses the moon’s brilliance and gold in abundance. 12. आर्द्रा यः करि॑िर्णी य॒ष्टिं सुवर्णां हेममालिनीम् । सूर्या हिरण्मेकी लक्ष्मीं जातवेदो म आर्वह ।। १४ ।।Ardram yah karinim yastim suvarnam hemamalinim. Süryam hiranmayim lakşmim jātavedo ma a vaha.O Jātaveda! Bring to me the extremely benign Laksmi of gold complexion who dwells in lakes, who is the bestower of plenty, who wears a garland of gold, who is resplendent like the sun and abounds in wealth. 13. तां म आवह जातवेदो लक्ष्मीमनपगामिनीम् । यस्यां हि प्रर्भूतं गाव दास्योऽश्वाँन्विन्देयं पुरुषानहम् ।। १५ ।।Tärm ma avaha jätavedo laksmim anapagaminim. Yasyan hiranyam prabhūtam gavo dasyo śvân vindeyas puruşanaham.O Jataveda! Bring to me that Laksmi who will not forsake me and by whose grace I may obtain in plenty, gold, cows, horses and servants. 14.यः शुचिः प्रय॑तो भूत्वा जुहुर्यादाज्यमन्व॑हम् । श्रिर्यः पञ्चदेश च श्रीकार्मः सततं जंपेत् ।। १६ ।।Yah sucih prayato bhūtvā juhuyādājyam anvahah. Sriya pañcadaśarcam ca śrīkamah satatam japet.One who is desirous of becoming prosperous should, by making himself pure and keeping his senses under control, make daily offerings of melted butter (in the fire) and should always repeat the above fifteen stanzas. 15.अश्वदायी गोदायी धनर्दायी महार्थने । धनं मे जुष॑तां देवि सर्वकामांश्च देहि मे ॥ १८ ॥Aśvadayi godāyī dhanadayi mahädhane.
