Bhagwan Gayatri

Gayatris of Gods & Goddess

Gayatris of Gods & Goddess

Gayatri is one of the most ancient and sacred mantras of the Vedas. It is a universal prayer that asks for divine light, wisdom, and guidance. The mantra is written in a special poetic meter with 24 syllables, which gives it rhythm, purity, and spiritual power. Because of its deep meaning and high vibration, it is considered the mother of all Vedic mantras.

Gayatri is also worshipped as a divine energy or goddess who represents knowledge and purity. She is seen as the mother of creation and the source of spiritual awakening. Devotees believe that chanting the Gayatri Mantra purifies the mind and opens the door to higher understanding.

God is called “Gayatri” because the mantra expresses the essence of the divine. The light mentioned in the mantra is the supreme divine light of God, which guides us from darkness to wisdom. By calling God “Gayatri,” we honor the divine consciousness that illuminates all beings.

The mantra is universal and does not belong to any one religion or group. It is a prayer for truth, clarity, and righteousness for everyone. Because Gayatri connects directly with the supreme source of light, God is lovingly referred to as Gayatri—the one who enlightens every heart.
