Agaja-[A]anana Padma-Arkam Gaja-[A]ananam Aharnisham |
Aneka-Dam-Tam Bhaktaanaam Eka-Dantam Upaasmahe ||

Meaning:
1: As the Rays from the Lotus-Face of Gauri (Devi Parvati) is Always on Her Beloved Son Gajanana ( Who is having the Face of an Elephant ),
2: Similarly, the Grace of Sri Ganesha is Always on His Devotees, Granting their Many Wishes and Prayers. We Worship that Ekadanta ( Who is having a Single Tusk ) with Devotion, to fulfill our rightful Aspirations.

Meaning:
(I Reverentially Salute the Lotus-Feet of Sri Vigneshwara)
1: One Who is having the Face of an Elephant, One Who is Served by the Bhutaganas (Celestial Attendants) and Others,
2: By Whom is Partaken the Juice of Kapittha (Wood-Apple) (Kapittha) and Jambu (Rose-Apple) (Jambu) Fruits (Offered by the Devotees);
3: Who is the Son of Devi Uma (Devi Parvati), And the Cause of the Destruction of Sorrows,
4: I Bow in Reverential Salution at the Lotus-Feet of that Vighneshwara (the Lord Who removes the Obstacles).

2: Who abides as Sri Ballala (Ballaleshwar), Who abides as Vinayaka (Remover of Obstacles) at Muruda (Varad Vinayak) and Who abides as Chintamani (Chintamani, a Wish-Fulfilling Gem) at Thevara (Chintamani Vinayak),
